Event organisers, companies, and individuals planning to hold events in the Overstrand Municipality during the 2024 festive season should note that the deadline for submitting applications is Friday, 8 November 2024.

Late submissions for events taking place from 1 November to 31 December 2024 will not be considered.

So far, the Strategic Support Services have received applications for 20 events across the Overstrand for this period.

Application forms can be downloaded from the Municipal website at www.overstrand.gov.za. Click on “Application Forms” on the home page and select “Events.”

Keep in mind that submitting an application does not guarantee permission to stage an event.
